We frequently add new exciting products to our Site to keep customers updated and to provide an accurate product selection. Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies that may pertain or relate to pricing, product availability and or services. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they occur and will not honor inaccurate or erroneous pricing. SALES TAX

All California (CA) residents subjected to 9.25% sales tax, effective April 1, 2009.

DIAMOND CERTIFICATES AND DIAMOND GRADING

When you purchase a loose diamond it is automatically accompanied with a detailed diamond certificate from a reputable gemological laboratory. Diamond grading stated on the certificate provided is based on an unbiased independent gemological laboratory. It represents the best professional opinion at the specific time of the examination of the stone. Be it known that diamond grading is subjective and may vary from one expert to another. Bacci Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any differences in professional opinions expressed by other independent gemological laboratories.

RETURN POLICY



At Bacci Fine Jewelry, we want each customer to be pleased with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item, in its original saleable condition, including all necessary paper works (Certificates, appraisal) associated with the purchase within SEVEN (7) DAYS upon receipt of the merchandise. Made to order, custom made, or personalized diamond jewelry is NON REFUNDABLE and considers all sales FINAL. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Simply follow the return guidelines below.

Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so by using either of the two (2) options:

IN-STORE RETURNS

Please call Bacci Fine Jewelry at 877-622-0000 within SEVEN (7) DAYS upon receipt of the merchandise to make an appointment when returning merchandise. Please do not forget to include all paper works (Certificate, appraisal) and the original receipt/packing slip enclosed with item purchased when making a return.

BY MAIL RETURNS

Simply follow the By Mail Return Instructions below. Please call 877-622-0000 for any questions regarding processing of returns and to track status of refund.

BY MAIL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

• Obtain a return authorization code by calling 877-622-0000. Write the Return Authorization code in the enclosed Return Form. Keep a copy of the return authorization code for records.
• Package the merchandise and include all necessary paper works (Certificates, appraisal and other collateral material). Failure to return materials enclosed will result in $250 replacement cost. For Security reasons, please mail/ship the return item to address below and DO NOT WRITE BACCI JEWELRY anywhere outside the packaging.

• Customer is responsible for the shipping and insurance charges for the return. Any uninsured returns will be rejected and returned back to sender. Do not forget to request a return receipt for confirmation that your package has been received by Bacci Fine Jewelry.
• INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Bacci Fine Jewelry is NOT RESPONSIBLE for duties and taxes for returns of international customers. Please keep this in mind prior to purchase.
• Bacci Fine Jewelry will NOT be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
• Failure to comply proper return procedure will result in forfeiture of refund.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS Once the returned item has been received and accepted by Bacci Fine Jewelry, merchandise will be inspected prior to issuance of a refund. Keep in mind that any item that shows alteration in the form of engraving, resizing, and any other custom work done by any jeweler other than Bacci Fine Jewelry or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Any returns without Bacci Fine Jewelry return authorization code, non-insured items, and improperly packaged returns will be refused receipt and will be mailed back to sender. Refund will be issued in the original manner of payment received.
